AiroDoctor V10P-ID is a compact yet powerful air purification module. Suitable for new or existing ventilation systems and air ducts, it improves air quality and helps reduce the risk of airborne infections.

Thanks to the innovative UV-A LED photocatalysis, the AiroDoctor permanently removes viruses, bacteria, and odors, without harmful residues such as ozone and formaldehyde. The module is suitable for new installations as well as to retrofit existing ventilation systems.

The UV   photocatalytic in-line filter  sanitizes the airflow in systems of any size and shape. Different sizes are available, for rectangular and circular ducts. The product is therefore suitable for new buildings as well as to upgrade existing systems. Any system with a flow rate up to 10 m/s can be easily equipped and upgraded.

Installation
& Maintenance

The AiroDoctor in-duct module is used within the HVAC system downstream of the filter section. The connections are designed according to DIN 24147 in "nipple dimensions", i.e. the connections fit into the existing spiral ducts. Filters for rectangular or custom-developed pipelines are also available.

The intelligent automatic switches on the powerful UV-A LEDs automatically as soon as airflow is detected in the duct. In addition, the operating status and the photocatalytic filter can be checked at any time from the ControlBox or even remotely (ModBus kit required).

Depending on the air volume and flow rate, one module can be used per outlet, per room or per floor.

Powerful UV-A LEDs and Titanium Dioxide (TiO2) spheres operate tirelessly over a long period of time (50,000 hours compared to 9,000 of a standard UV-C lamp). The large active area of the filter provides fast virus inactivation, with optimal performance consistent over time.
